We are a sustainable Protea farm nestled in the seaside Santa Ynez mountains near Santa Barbara, where ocean breezes and California sunshine help our blooms thrive.

Originally named Golden Hawk Protea, our new name reflects our mission to bring even more species of fresh, sustainable flowers straight to your door - just days after harvest.

Our First Planting

It all started in 1984. After falling in love with Protea while in South Africa, we planted our first crop on our young farm.

The Farm Today

We now have thousands of happy plants in our fields. Our farm is located near Santa Barbara in a remote part of California's Santa Ynez mountains.
